FIKAR Guide
Platform Overview
The Architecture of Organizational Intelligence
FIKAR is an Organizational Intelligence platform that turns everyday work into connected organizational memory, grounded answers and approved action, within enterprise security boundaries.
This overview describes how the platform is structured. For the step-by-step flow from capture to execution, see How the Platform Works.
Platform Topology
FIKAR is organized into four core layers, each with a distinct responsibility.
Layer 1: Ingestion and Privacy Membrane\
Captures work where it already happens and redacts sensitive data before model exposure. Organizational context is not used to train external models.
Layer 2: Signal Detection and Grounding\
Separates everyday chatter from the decisions, commitments, risks and dependencies that carry weight, keeping answers grounded in supporting evidence.
Layer 3: Living Context Graph\
Holds decisions, commitments, risks and dependencies as connected organizational memory across teams, systems and time.
Layer 4: Action and Outcome Surfaces\
Delivers briefings, grounded answers and approved actions to people and authorized systems, each linked to the evidence it was built from.
Operational Interaction Surfaces
Teams use FIKAR through three outcome surfaces.
Organizational Insights\
Continuous visibility into the decisions, commitments, risks and dependencies that shape how work moves.
Evidence-Backed Answers\
Queried in plain language through FIKAR Chat, grounded in supporting graph evidence with direct links back to original sources.
Context for AI Agents\
Grounded context within defined permission boundaries, supplied to authorized enterprise agents.
Enterprise Integrations
FIKAR complements existing collaboration, documentation and workflow platforms rather than replacing them.
Capture is adapter-based. Adapters connect through existing identity and permission boundaries, capture events as they happen and deliver briefings and approved actions back into the systems teams already use. New sources can be added without changing the underlying platform.
Deployment Sovereignty
FIKAR supports deployment models aligned with enterprise policy:
- Managed cloud with dedicated tenant isolation
- A dedicated private VPC
- A customer-managed environment
Synthesized answers and actions leave an audit trail back to supporting source work.
Business Outcomes
Organizations using FIKAR can improve decision quality, reduce knowledge loss, increase operational visibility across business functions and route approved actions into existing workflows, starting with one focused business function and expanding over time.
