Effective November 7, 2026 · Last updated November 7, 2026

FIKAR LLC ("FIKAR," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at fikar.ai and provides organizational intelligence software for enterprise organizations.

For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws, FIKAR LLC is the controller responsible for personal information collected through this Website.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you visit our public Website, request a demonstration or communicate with our team.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our public Website, demo requests, marketing communications and business inquiries.

It does not govern enterprise customer data processed through the FIKAR platform. Where an enterprise customer deploys FIKAR, the applicable Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum and other customer agreements govern that processing. In that context, the customer generally acts as the controller and FIKAR acts as a processor or service provider, as applicable.

Information We Collect

We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

Information you provide

When you request a demo, contact us or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Name, work email address, organization, job title and business function;
  • Information included in your message, inquiry or demo request; and
  • Communications between you and FIKAR.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our Website, our hosting, security and delivery systems may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP address;
  • Browser type, operating system, device characteristics and language settings;
  • Pages viewed, referring URLs and access timestamps; and
  • Server and security logs used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required to operate and secure the Website. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

With your consent, we also use the following analytics and advertising technologies:

  • Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the Website;
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure the results of our LinkedIn campaigns and build audiences for them; and
  • Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our Meta campaigns and build audiences for them.

Google, LinkedIn and Meta tags are not loaded unless you choose Accept in the cookie prompt.

Where we use Microsoft Clarity, it records how visitors scroll, click and move through our pages, so that we can see which parts help and which confuse. Clarity runs without cookies for every visitor, and sets cookies only after you choose Accept. It masks text that you type into forms. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the Website footer. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the following bases:

  • Legitimate interests: operating and securing our Website, preventing abuse, maintaining business records and responding to professional B2B inquiries;
  • Pre-contractual steps: responding to a request for a demonstration, pilot or potential commercial relationship;
  • Legal obligations: meeting applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or tax obligations; and

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us at security@fikar.ai.

How We Share Information

We may share personal information only as necessary with:

Our service providers are required to process personal information only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

International Transfers

FIKAR operates internationally. Website personal information may be accessed or processed by authorized FIKAR personnel and service providers in the United States, Qatar and other countries where we operate or engage providers.

Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards where required. You may contact us to request further information about applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

Our retention approach is:

Where applicable U.S. state privacy law gives you a right to appeal a decision about your request, you may submit an appeal by replying to our response or contacting security@fikar.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal."

We do not make decisions about Website visitors based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Children's Privacy

Our Website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
