FIKAR Guide

Pilot Program

A Structured Path to Organizational Intelligence

The FIKAR Pilot Program enables organizations to evaluate Organizational Intelligence within a real business environment before broader deployment.

The pilot is optional. Organizations can begin with a focused pilot or move directly into production with FIKAR Enterprise.

What the Pilot Includes

Each pilot is designed around an agreed organizational scope, typically a single focused business function, to demonstrate the value of Organizational Intelligence in day-to-day operations.

A typical pilot includes:

  • Scope definition and success baselines
  • Adapter integration and security mapping
  • Living Context Graph activation
  • Light-touch team onboarding
  • Weekly operational readouts
  • Executive assessment and expansion roadmap

Pilot Timeline

Most pilots are completed within 6 to 8 weeks.

Weeks 1 to 2: Setup, Integration and Activation\
Scope, success criteria, integrations, security mapping and onboarding. Teams are live by the end of week two.

Weeks 3 to 8: Live Operation, Value Proof and Executive Evaluation\
Teams work with FIKAR in daily operations, weekly readouts track progress and the pilot closes with an executive assessment and production recommendation.

Success Criteria

A measurable foundation for enterprise adoption.

Each pilot begins with agreed success criteria. Typical outcomes include:

  • Persistent organizational memory established for the selected scope
  • Decisions, risks, commitments and actions captured from daily work
  • Clearer operational visibility across workflows
  • Reduced manual coordination and status chasing
  • Verifiable traceability behind decisions and execution

Success is measured by business outcomes rather than platform usage.

From Pilot to FIKAR Enterprise

A successful pilot provides the evidence and baseline to move into production with FIKAR Enterprise.

Deployment then expands at the pace the organization chooses: from a single team or business function, to multiple collaborating teams, to organization-wide Organizational Intelligence, without re-architecting.
